(PHOENIX – Jan. 14, 2014) The coaches at TheRestaurantExpert.com specialize in teaching restaurant owners everything there is to know about running a profitable restaurant. And on February 4, the company is hosting a one-day seminar focusing on cutting labor costs.

“Labor is one of the top four issues that independent restaurant owners struggle with,” said company founder David Scott Peters. “We teach tricks and systems to ensure they don’t get ripped off at the time clock and can still meet their customers’ expectations for service.”

Specifically, attendees of the Feb. 4 seminar can expect to learn how to put the labor allotment system in place to see an immediate reduction in labor cost and how to give managers a target to make them more successful and the restaurant more profitable. Attendees will also learn the importance of tracking labor on a daily basis and all the systems they need to cut and control their labor costs.
