  • Fresh ingredients, preferably locally sourced
  • In-house additives with unique flavors like bitters and syrups
  • Interesting flavor pairings, like sweet and nutty or lemons and bacon
  • Seasonal offerings like cider flavors in winter and mint in summer

Think outside the box
